Step 1: Preparation Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table at heart level. Relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Step 2: Positioning the Cuff Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the air tube is aligned with the inside of your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. Step 3: Starting the Measurement Press the START/STOP button to turn on the device. The monitor will automatically inflate and begin the measurement. Do not move or talk during the process for accurate readings. Step 4: Understanding the Results The display will show systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with pulse rate. If an Irregular Heartbeat is detected, the indicator will notify you. The Hypertension Indicator helps assess if your blood pressure is in a normal or high range. Step 5: Reviewing Previous Readings Press the MEM (Memory) button to check previous readings. The device stores up to 99 readings per user, with date and time tracking. It can also calculate the average of your last 3 readings for better accuracy. Step 6: Powering Off & Storage The monitor will automatically turn off after a short period.
