Featuring a universal T-shank (single lug) fitting, these blades are fully compatible with all leading professional jigsaw brands, including Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, and Milwaukee. Whether you are working with thin sheet steel, non-ferrous metals like aluminium, or thicker metal profiles, DART provides a specialised tooth configuration to ensure smooth progress and a professional finish. Available Blade Types & Specific Uses: We stock the following specialised metal-cutting profiles: DART T118A (Thin Metal): 50mm working length with a fine 21 TPI (Teeth Per Inch). This blade is specifically designed for straight, precise cuts in thin materials such as mild steel, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals between 1.5mm and 4.0mm thick, as well as acrylic up to 3mm. DART T118B (Medium Metal): 50mm working length with a medium 12 TPI. Featuring a larger tooth pitch, this blade is optimized for cutting thicker metals, providing faster material removal while maintaining stability during straight cuts in metal pipes and profiles.
