Our Brick Hammer (also known as a Bricklayer’s Hammer) is a fundamental tool for masonry, walling, and landscaping. Forged from high-carbon steel and heat-treated for maximum durability, the head is engineered to withstand the repeated impact of striking hard stone and brick without chipping. The tool is uniquely balanced to offer two functions in one. The square striking face is used for tapping bricks into their mortar bed or driving masonry nails. The extended chisel end is precision-ground for “scoring” and splitting bricks or concrete blocks, allowing you to create custom sizes and clean edges for corners and decorative patterns. We offer this tool in two weights to suit your preference: 16oz (450g): Offers excellent control and a lighter swing, ideal for delicate dressing and standard brickwork. 20oz (560g): Provides extra striking power and momentum, making it the better choice for heavier concrete blocks and harder natural stone. The handle is constructed with a high-strength tubular steel shaft that absorbs the “snap” of the impact, paired with an ergonomic, textured soft-grip rubber handle.
