Important: The Exchange & CRA Policy To ensure a smooth purchase, please review our gas exchange policy before ordering online: Refill/Replacement Only: The prices displayed on our website are for gas refills only. To purchase at this price, you must provide an empty Calor cylinder of the same group/size upon delivery or collection. The Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA): If you do not have an empty Calor bottle to exchange, you must pay a one-off Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA) charge. This is not a refundable deposit, but a fee that allows you to enter the Calor exchange network. New Bottles (In-Store Only): We are currently unable to process new CRA agreements (buying a bottle without a swap) through our website. If you require a new cylinder, please visit our Derby or Leicester branches in person. Online Orders: If our driver arrives for a delivery and no empty bottle is available for exchange, the delivery may be cancelled or an additional CRA charge will be required on-site (subject to availability).
