You must have an empty green Calor Patio Gas bottle of the equivalent size to exchange upon delivery or collection. The Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA): If you do not have an empty green bottle to swap, a one-off Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA) fee will apply. This is a charge for the hire of the cylinder and is not a refundable deposit. New Bottles (In-Store Only): We currently cannot set up new CRA agreements (supplying a bottle without an exchange) through our website. If you are starting from scratch, please visit our Derby or Leicester branches to purchase a new cylinder. Online Orders: Our drivers can only complete a delivery if a suitable empty bottle is provided for exchange. Please ensure your empty bottle is accessible at the time of delivery.
