Important: The Exchange & CRA Policy At AG Fencing, we operate a strict “empty-for-full” exchange policy for all online orders. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase: Refill/Replacement Only: The online price covers the cost of the gas refill. When our driver delivers your full cylinder (or when you collect in-store), you must provide an empty Calor cylinder of the equivalent size/type. The Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA): If you do not have an empty Calor bottle to swap, you are effectively a “new” customer. In this instance, you must pay a one-off Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA) charge. This is a separate fee from the gas itself and remains the property of Calor. New Bottles (In-Store Only): We currently cannot process new Cylinder Refill Agreements (purchasing a bottle without an exchange) via our website. If you require a brand-new bottle and do not have an empty one, please visit our Derby branch in person to set up an agreement. Non-Returnable Deposits: Please be aware that the CRA fee is not a refundable deposit. However, it allows you to exchange your bottle within the same category indefinitely.
