Floplast Soil Access Pipe

Our 110mm Access Pipe is a critical component for any well-designed above-ground soil and vent system. It features a large, airtight screw-off cover that provides a wide aperture for the insertion of drain rods or inspection cameras. This ensures that if a blockage occurs within the soil stack, it can be cleared quickly and hygienically without the need to dismantle the pipework. Manufactured from UV-stabilised PVC-U, this access pipe is engineered to be installed on the exterior of buildings. It is resistant to fading and brittleness caused by sunlight, maintaining its structural integrity over time. The single-socket design includes a pre-fitted rubber ring seal for a secure “push-fit” connection to 110mm soil pipe, while the other end is a plain spigot for insertion into other fittings. Essential Maintenance Access: The threaded leak-proof cap allows for easy entry into the system for cleaning or inspection.
