Prepare for Measurement Sit in a comfortable position, with your back supported and feet flat on the ground. Relax for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Ensure your arm is at heart level. 2. Wrap the Cuff Correctly Place the cuff on your upper arm, approximately 2 cm above the elbow. The tube should be aligned with your artery (inside of your arm). Secure the cuff snugly but not too tight. Use the Intelligent Cuff Wrap Indicator to ensure proper positioning. 3. Power On & Start Measurement Press the power button to turn on the device. The monitor will automatically inflate and measure your blood pressure. Remain still and do not talk during the process. 4. Read the Results The large LCD display will show your systolic and diastolic blood pressure along with your pulse rate. If an irregular heartbeat is detected, the Irregular Heartbeat Indicator will alert you. The Hypertension Risk Indicator helps assess if your blood pressure is in a normal or high range. 5. Save & Review Readings The device automatically stores up to 2×150 readings in memory. To view previous readings, press the memory recall button. The average of the last 3 readings can help track long-term trends. 6. Power Off & Store Properly The device automatically switches off after a short period of inactivity.
